Add a second or third taskbar to dual or triple monitor setups.
The real multi-monitor support in Windows puts task-bar only in the primary monitor. The extended monitors are plain "takbarless". There is no other way to add another taskbar to the extended monitor.
Limitiations: With two monitors the secondary must be on right. The monitors must have the same resolution.
