Formerly known as WinTrasher Gold, the program lets you access many hard-to-get-to system settings and tweaks. Take control of what happens when your computer starts up, modify system, computer, user, and password information. Quickly launch system utilities such as Scandisk, Defrag, and Regedit. Other features let you adjust the default Windows folders, get previews of your installed fonts, customize your desktop, uninstall applications, edit the Add/Remove Programs list, and get easy access to various Windows log files. In addition, PowerSettings gives you functions that back up critical system files, show a calendar on your desktop, and set pop-up alarms.
PowerSettings has a lot in common with TweakUI, but with a ton more features.
