RSS is a type of news feed format used to syndicate regularly updated content. Many of the major sites, message boards and bloggers have offered RSS feeds for sometime. The MajorGeeks Feed (Already included in LockerGnomes program) can be found HERE., for those who are curious.
The Lockergnome News Feeder developed for Chris Pirillo by Sausage Software offers a way to quickly and easily add, combine, categories and sort your favorite feeds right to your desktop.
There are two versions of the software contained in the same trial. The Standard version allows you to read everything that Lockergnome feels is of interest to it's readership and let's you add 20 of your own feeds in the My News Feeds category. In the Premium version, you can add as many Categories and Feeds as you want.
The Standard version is $5.00 and the Premium version with all the bells and whistles $14.95.
