Limitations: This is a freeware version of TuffTEST but TuffTEST and TuffTEST Pro can be downloaded from the author, but are shareware costing $9.95 or $29.95. While some tests have been slightly limited in scope, it is a fully functional product that has no time limit or restrictions on its use.
