UTBinder can handle all different settings that are normally hidden or hard to reach from within UT2k3 and can now be easily accessed by this program. Together with a nice and simple GUI there are many many features. Some keyfeatures the program has: General Key bindings, Handy 'press a key to bind' option, Many many settings can be changed with a mouse click: Display, Sound, Controls, Weapon Piotity, HUD, Screen, Textures, OpenGL / Direct3d, Aliases, And much much more!
