After Windows loads up, it doesn't start loading your startup apps immediately to dedicate more resources to load system services and files. If you have a fast computer and particularly an SSD, you can disable this feature and have even your apps start loading the moment Windows boots instantly up.
The zip file contains two files to enable or disable startup delay; Enable Startup Delay.reg and Disable Startup Delay.reg.
Windows 10 users with fast computers and SSD drives should see increased boot times, and you can easily roll back if it does not work.
