Now capable of using bmp, gif and jpg images for the Desktop and the Toolbars of Internet Explorer, Outlook Express and all Windows folders, the first program to do so. It also had the option to remove the colored block behind the text of the Desktop Icons, change the text fore color and adds your own caption to the Title Bar of Internet Explorer.
