Originaly this application was developed to make possible to media players and media encoders to work faster than never , but after thinking about it we saw that this application would be very interesting not only to media players and media encoders but to any application available at this moment

Very important : When manipulating the CPU usage , be very careful to ensure that a application using Maximum processor usage does not consume all of the available CPU time. A application using the maximum processor usage can interfere with the normal operation of the operating system. Using the Maximum may cause disk caches to not flush, hang the mouse, and so on.
