Effective Desktop is a set of utilities to extend your Windows desktop and make it cleaner and easier to use.

With Effective Desktop, you can hide unused tray icons and change the logo and text of the Start button. You can have small modules like calendar and clock running in the taskbar. You can also create multiple virtual desktops.
