Fastlock is a small and fast utility which completely blocks screen activity with a security password. 

This tool blocks any windows controls like Alt+F4, Alt+Tab, task manager, Windows keys along with the whole security screen. There is no way to kill Fastlock's process and get access to your desktop.

Also, there is no CPU deceleration, which means you will have instant access to your programs after unlocking.
