The RAMTester tool that is meant for checking memory modules reliability under MS Windows (x86 and x64) on the example of virtual addresses. The idea of this utility is writing bit patterns into memory and then reading and comparing them with reference. The check performed is of qualitative nature. Since the new utility works only with free available physical memory at runtime, you can check any amount of memory that doesn't exceed this limit. The new utility works with SMP and HTT as well as various memory types, including SDRAM, DDRAM, RDRAM, etc.
