A woman in Pickens, SC., was taken into custody for a heinous crime; not returning a movie to a now defunct video rental establishment. I think there should be an enhancement to any sentence given for actually renting that movie in the first place....

Kayla Michelle Finley, 27, has been charged with failure to return a rented video cassette, according to the Pickens County Sheriff's Office.
According to the warrants obatained by FOX Carolina 21, Finely rented Monster-In-Law from Dalton Video, which is no longer in business, in 2005 and the tape was not returned within 72 hours.
Police say that notification was sent to Finley regarding the return of the video. Finley claims that she never received any such correspondence.
