334 Years for Hacking in Turkey

Onur Kopcak, 26, is presently confined in the Osmaniye prison in the Adana Province in south-central Anatolia, Turkey.
His crimes include stealing 11 consumers' credit card information and selling it on the black market. For that, Kopcak was sentenced to 135 years in prison.
In 2013, Kopcak was convicted of hacking at least 43 bank customers. For that crime, he was sentenced to 199 years in prison.
His total sentence is 334 years of imprisonment. His rap sheet includes myriad cybercrimes from identity fraud and access device fraud to website forgery and wire fraud.
