As someone who repairs a lot of computers (I have a lot of “friends”) this video explains why that so called know it all does not fix the problem. Mostly because searching Google is useless unless you know what you’re doing. This is a good reason IO recently wrote an article called Fixing the Windows Explorer crash or freeze in Windows 7. Why? Because Google had more bad information than good and I had to figure out what really worked.
