If you’d like, you can visit Google’s 64-bit Chrome beta page and download the new browser.
All of your saved information (passwords, bookmarks and the like) will migrate over.
Why use the 64 bit software? In general, 64 bit software allows for the use of more than 4 gigs of ram, plus some performance improvements.
