Kurt Busch, the NASCAR driver known as "The Outlaw", has found himself in court recently in an alleged assault of his ex-girlfriend, Patricia Driscoll. In a twist straight out of Hollywood, Busch testified that his ex-was a trained assassin for the United States Government, for whom the movie Zero Dark 30 was partially based.
Quote: "He recounted one time when the couple was in El Paso, Texas. He said Driscoll left in camouflage gear only to return later wearing a trench coat over an evening gown covered with blood.
A day earlier, Busch said his ex-girlfriend told him she was a mercenary who killed people for a living and had shown him pictures of bodies with gunshot wounds."
Ok. I'm not one to stick my nose into another man's business, but......
Kurt, if you find that you are in a relationship with a trained assassin, you do NOT break up with her. EVER! Especially if you work in a career where and an accidental fatality could be looked at a just that ... and 'accident'. You do not give a reason for a break up and that goes double for the one you used, 'you are too needy and I need to work on my career". And never, never, never blow her cover in public! My guess is you'll be racing to the top of the Death Pool by the end of the week.
Frankly, I'm wagering on suspicious brake line failure.
Here's a tip to the rest of you reading that my be in an assassin relationship and do not know how to get out. You still have a chance. Find a buddy that you don't like much. Preferably one with low morals. Introduce him to your assassin girlfriend. Tell him how awesome she is.
Invite the three two dinner, pour a lot of wine and then get and 'emergency tech call' get up from the table and ...slowly...back...away. The problem should be solved by dawn. Guy code.
However, Kurt, if you do get out of this one and still have an understandable thing for the 'assassins type' get out of Washington and head down to a cosplay convention. Below are 9 examples of what you should be looking for. Good luck.
