If you happen to be on felony probation it is probably not a smart idea to drive around in a car that has any type of equipment problems, and also don't be so high that you forget the marijuana cigarette that is stuck between your ear and empty head!

Hernando Today reports that David Alan McBurnett, 22, of Lehigh Acres, FL, was pulled over by Brooksville police for an equipment violation, and when the officer asked him for his driver's license and vehicle documents, noticed what appeared to be a marijuana cigarette behind his ear.

A field test confirmed that was the case.

McBurnett was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana less than 20 grams, and violation of felony probation. The vehicle he was driving was also impounded and stored at Brooksville Police Department.

McBurnett is being held at Hernando County Jail without bond.
