"USB Cleaver", which apparently is not so clever, is the name of a hacking tool discovered by analysts at F-Secure which doesn't go after the Android devices data – instead its designed to steal information from PCs. However, autorun has to be enabled, which is not the case in Windows 7 and 8.
In older versions of Windows, one may well need mobile drivers to be installed to allow the attack to work. So it is not as "clever" as it would seem.
