An angry beaver was spotted roaming the streets of Miramichi, New Brunswick - the tiny beast chased onlookers and backed up traffic after presumably being displaced from it's natural habitat due to flooding.
Jim O'Neill, a local taxi cab driver told CBCNews, that he spotted the feisty rodent chasing a resident down the road.
"You look out the corner of your eye and see a beaver backing somebody up the driveway,” he said.
So, O’Neill stopped the cab and took out his camera.

Snapping a few pictures, O’Neill got about 2.5 metres away from the beaver before it turned on him.
The beaver then gave a mighty tail slap on the pavement and charged at him - O'Neill said he that the beaver may have been a bit camera shy.
Police were confident that the beaver would leave on it's own and all that matters is that it did. No injuries were reported.
