It has also released its list of sites it plans to DDoS.
Included are the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry & Fisheries; the Prime Minister’s Office; and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as the official site of Taiji town.
December the 1st is the target date for what security experts say will probably a DDoS attack and/or a defacement of the sites.
EUTNAIOA USA claims it has intercepted government emails that implicate what is believed to be a scheme where Dophin meat is being packaged as tinned tuna. It further asserts that Taiji have bribed the central government to allow this export trade, which it says pulls in annual sales of over $850m.
The "meat" is supposedly sold to western dealers.
Taiji was made infamous by the 2005 documentary, The Cove, which depicted in graphic scenes the annual slaughter of thousands of dolphins from September to April.
