Apparently SelloTape Selfies are the latest Facebook craze

Twerking? Planking? Selfies? I sort of got those and found them funny but every so often something comes along that makes me lose a little faith in humanity.


The Huffington Post is telling me that taking a selfie with your head wrapped in clear packing tape, known as Sellotape Selfies, is the next “thing”.

Now, I am no youngster so I will admit I don’t always get the latest trends. Back in the 80’s I had a mullet, dangling earrings, spandex and occasional eyeliner so who am I to talk?

Then again, it wasn’t like one of those silly trends required a slight risk of suffocation. And if it continues you know one of these people are going to suffocate accidentally.
