Apparently you can buy a prostitute for a roll of quarters in Greenwood, South Carolina. Meet Larry Collum, 63, who was spotted driving his SUV slowly and aimlessly. Police then noticed known prostitute Rhonda Kelly, 41 in the passenger seat so Collum was pulled over.
Just like something out of COPS, Collum said he was giving her a ride home. No further information was available but as you have seen on TV, he was with a known prostitute and probably could not tell the police where “home” was.
After further questioning, police said Collum told them he had sex with the woman and paid her with a roll of quarters, worth $10.
The woman, Rhonda Kelly, 41, was charged with prostitution, according to police.
