Nothing of surprise to learn that Apple sold over four million pre-orders for its Apple iPhone6 and 6Plus last Friday.
Many who pre-ordered iPhone 6 and 6 Plus units will see them arrive at their doorstep on September 19 (or, in a new move, can pick them up in-store), but many more won’t see their new devices until October, as Apple has already sold most of its initial pre-order supply.
In case you missed it, don't despair. Apple will offer a limited supply to customers at its retail stores beginning at 8 a.m. local time on September 19.
U.S. residents and those in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Puerto Rico, Singapore and the U.K. can pick up the new iPhone on September 19; those in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey and United Arab Emirates will have to wait until September 26.
