It's not a party until the beer arrives - proof and point; a beer truck overturned in the city of Bareilly in India. Word of the accident, as well as the free beer, quickly spread among the local villagers who proceeded to grab anything that would hold liquid - and a party ensued.

According to the Times of India, villagers dashed from their houses carrying jerrycans, tumblers, mugs, jars, even polythene bags to carry lager home. An impromptu fest ensued and within no time many turned tipsy and started brawling for more. Finally someone alerted the cops and they rushed to control a by-now riotous crowd.
A witness to the accident says that a bicycle rider darted in front of the truck causing the driver to lose control when he swerved, ultimately ending with the truck upside down - cases of beer left strewn about for the taking.
The news of the accident spread to a nearby village as well and those residents came to the crash site for a cocktail. As with any drinking party the crowd turned unruly. It was only then that police were dispatched to control the drunken villagers.
