Bent iPhone controversy rages on (Video)

The creator of a web site with the purpose of finding the 9 reported cases of bent iPhones felt the issues was more systematic than Apple was letting on.

A statement on the website reads: "[T]he purpose of this site is to try and raise awareness of the issue of bending iPhone 6 and 6 Plus to get Apple to take responsibility for the problems."

Apple is reportedly giving unequal to customer complains. Some users have received free replacement while others reported having to pay up.

The creator of the web site, who wishes to remain anonymous, said: "Our aim at the moment is to get a consistent reply from Apple on what customers should expect when they visit an Apple Store with a bent iPhone."
