One Erection, LOL, with the slogan of 'Stay "UP ALL NIGHT" with these FDA approved ONE ERECTION condoms' was slapped with a suit from the management team representing the young crooners.


According to the Daily Mail, the boys in the band found the word play hilarious and actually joked about "buying a few packets for a laugh."



Management found no such humor and "are considering bringing in lawyers to stop them shamefully exploiting the band to sell condoms," this according to the Daily Star.

"It’s only a small US online firm so management weren't too concerned at first but they are still worried the range damages the group’s image."
