Burglar takes jewelry but leaves DNA in toilet ( mug shot )

An unlucky burglar got nabbed because he forgot to flush the toilet.

Police in Albuquerque tied Ramon Herrera to the September burglary using DNA left on a toilet. The 33 year old took $250,000 in jewelry from a home while the owners were on vacation, but he forgot to flush the toilet.

Herrera also took a Coke from the fridge, drank it and left it on the counter with his DNA on it as well.
