What the graph shows is the result of a recent survey of tablet users and their overall satisfaction with their device. The likelihood of a person recommending a Microsoft tablet for business use is a 9.0.
Microsoft also had a 9.2 for calendar management (Outlook again!), 9.3 for Web browsing, 9.2 for "speed and responsiveness" of its tablets, 9.3 for screen quality, and 9.2 for transferring data from a computer to the tablet.
Microsoft Surface Pro tablets also had the highest incidence of devices needing repairs, at 11 percent. And the availability of apps is rated very low at 7.8.
The graph shows business use on top and overall satisfaction (both work and home) as the next bar.
