Chase Bank posts update regarding the recent hack of their servers

Posted by: Timothy Tibbetts on 10/05/2014 09:56 AM [ comments Comments ]

I noticed Chase Bank has posted an update on their website about the recent hack on their servers.

They have seen no unusual fraud activity related to this incident.

You want to monitor your account now (and on a regular basis) as you are not liable for any unauthorized transaction on your account that you promptly alert Chase Bank to.

Finally, they believe there is no need to change your passwords or account information at this time.

Chase Bank promises to take what they have learned from this and make their website defenses even more secure.

Any other questions can be answered at the Chase Bank Customer Notice FAQ.
