Colin Farrell and Paula Patton considered for Warcraft movie

Coming Soon is reporting that Colin Farrell and Paula Patton are the first two names said to be up for roles in the upcoming video game adaptation, Warcraft, Deadline reports. Negotiations are now underway with the production targeted to begin in January 2014.

Set to be directed by Duncan Jones, Warcraft has Thomas Tull and Jon Jashni producing for Legendary along with Blizzard and Atlas Entertainment's Charles Roven and Alex Gartner. Charles Leavitt wrote the script.
