Control file time-stamps and dates with NewFileTime

NewFileTime is a small but effective tool in which you can alter the timestamp of any Windows file.

The plus here with being able to modify the Date Modified, Date Created and Date Accessed time-stamps is that it allows for the fast search of particular files and also the organizational grouping of those files in clusters.
