Adidas plans to release the Photo Print App for iOS and Android in August of this year. The new app from Adidas will allow you supplement the design of its shoes with one of your Instagram pictures.

Adidas hasn't released instructions as of yet, but it is presumed that you will have to do an online order to get your customized shoes.
The cost has also not be released, but the shoe itself retails in the $85-90 dollar range.
