Cyberfox Web Browser to Slow down Future Releases; Shut down in 1 Year

Cyberfox has announced today that they will update their popular web browser and close in approximately 12 months.
Cyberfox Web Browser is a web browser based on Mozilla Firefox with the intent of being fast, stable & reliable.
It has over 500k views on MajorGeeks and over 250k downloads in the four years that it's been listed here.
The author has posted a lengthy explanation that's a tad hard to follow, but we know the feeling. Time and money. They ran very few ads, and there are fewer computer users today putting a strain on a project that was growing. And time goes without saying as we all have less of that. As we grow older, we watch some of our favorite projects die off (remember Winamp?), and that's when we are reminded just how fantastic these free apps are.
It's probably a good time then, to ask you to whitelist MajorGeeks if you run an ad blocker. We're in the same boat; we just don't want to get real jobs. I always seem to get fired. Something about an attitude problem. Go figure.
Here's the bottom line, quoted from his forum post, so forgive the typos, they aren't ours.

Over the years the Cyberfox project has grown immensely and its thanks to all the amazing support of our users and has been an amazing couple of years this however has demanded far more of my time causing me to drop allot of projects and passions id like to pursue, the time factor this project has demanded has also take a toll lifestyle wise as have the changes made by Mozilla requiring more and more time to maintain so its come to a point where i recently had to assess the direction of this project and the direction i wish to head for the future. This has being no easy choice and the last
few months allot of thinking about the direction of this project has taken place.
What does this mean as a Cyberfox user, this means in 12 months you will likely have to find another browser but there still remains an uncertainty that the browser could continue past this point with a new lease of life but at this stage consider it 12 months to EOL (End of life). Sorry for such a long post but i felt you all deserved a good explanation about whats happening for the browsers future and its current direction.
