Starting in the summer or early fall of 2014, satellite TV provider Dish Network customers will be able to pay their bills with Bitcoin on mydish.com.
Bernie Han, DISH's chief operating officer said in a statement: "Bitcoin is becoming a preferred way for some people to transact and we want to accommodate those individuals."
According to the Winklevoss Index, one Bitcoin is currently worth around $565.
Coinbase will handle the transactions. They currently handle transactions for OK Cupid, Overstock.com, and Reddit.
