DNSLife provides you with a way to find out what your home or small office dynamic IP address is so you can connect.

It's a simple Windows service that runs on your computer (whether you are logged into it or not) and periodically updates the DNS record of a sub-domain of your choosing with your most current dynamic IP address.
Back in the day these types of services were free and abundant, (remember DynDNS?) but not anymore. The fact that there are not any free alternatives is exactly why the author decided to "break out his trusty compiler and throw one together." While this project is still early in development, the author says he does use it personally. And he will do what he can to ensure it's stability during the development stages.
