Dodge Neon Clocked at 146 Mph on I-95

A Manchester man was arrested Wednesday for driving 146 mph on Interstate 95 near Pittsfield Fox News reports.
When they received the call that Tyler Barrows, 18, was speeding in a 70 mile-per-hour zone, he was at mile marker 135 and Lt. Bruce Scott was at mile marker 150. This means Barrows should have arrived in about 12 minutes. Instead, he blew past the officer in 6 minutes and was clocked at 146 mph.

Barrows, 18, was charged with criminal speeding, as well as failure to provide proof of insurance and proof of inspection.
