Dots is a fun little free game for Android and iOS (UPDATED)

Posted by: Timothy Tibbetts on 11/13/2013 12:14 PM [ comments Comments ]

Looking for a free, simple game to pass some time? Dots has been on a roll lately and it’s quite a bit of fun.

The task is simple; connect as many same-colored dots as you can in 60 seconds. Get competitive by connecting Twitter and Facebook to see your friends' scores on the High Scores list. For the first time in Dots, an un-timed, moves based mode is available; kick back and take your time while planning strategic moves. You can also prove that you are better at Dots than your friends with our local Multiplayer mode. Play a board then pass to a friend for an ultimate one on one showdown.
Each dot you earn can be spent on Power Ups. When used wisely, Power Ups can have a big impact on boosting your score! Get more dots for every dot removed from a game, or, if you're short on time, you can buy them.

Here is a video on the game:

Updated to version 1.9.3:

What's New
• Fixes for disappearing scores
• More Localization!
Previously:
• Dark Theme!
Play all your favorite Dots modes in a dark color palette.
• Weekly score boards!
We're keeping the global, all-time score boards and adding weekly ones into the mix. Compete with all Dots players and your Facebook/Twitter friends.
• End of game power-ups!
Easily stock up on power-ups at the end of a game.
