According to witnesses, an intoxicated Georgia man wanted a little shake with his fries when he reached through the open drive thru window at an Arby's and attempted to fondle the female employee.
Fox43 reports, East Lampeter Township Police say James R. Cowan Jr., 36, of Fitzgerald, Georgia ordered food at Arby’s, located at 2230 Lincoln Highway East. When a female employee handed him his order through the window, Cowan allegedly reached in and groped the female before quickly driving off.
Police said employees reported that Cowan appeared to be intoxicated.
Police located his vehicle at Travel Lodge Motel down the road from Arby’s. Police then followed a trail of Arby’s curly fries and sauce from Cowan’s vehicle to his motel room.
He was charged with indecent assault, and released on a $10,000 unsecured bail.
