If you find yourself away from your desktop, whether for business or pleasure, and plan to do anything on your machine nut run into an issue or you simply want to be informed about the network you will be using then this little package will fit the bit - it provides a useful grouping of network tools to get the job done.



eToolz is a portable set of useful networking tools.

This handy application will provide you with important tools like DNS-Lookup, Ping, TraceRoute, and Whois as well as also allowing you to check e-mail addresses and shows domain information entries.

eToolz Features:

  • The most important DNS entries can be shown (A, PTR, NS, MX, TXT and SOA)
  • Automatic or manual query for Whois server including automatic redirection
  • Mail addresses can be checked for validity
  • Mail headers can be broken down and the received lines can be checked for plausibility
  • Query and update the system time using various time servers
  • Query the external IP address and the external host name through Web services
  • Display the installed and available network adapters and their corresponding IPv4 statistics
  • Display the HTTP headers for a URL
  • eToolz supports internationalized domain names
