Yevgeny Nikulin, a Russian national, has been order extradited for crimes in both the US and Russia.
The FBI issued a warrant for Nikulin for hacking LinkedIn, Dropbox, and Formspring. He was arrested in Prague in October 2016.
Russia first countered that the U.S. was harassing their citizens, but later issued their own warrant for Nikulin charging that he stole money from a Russian citizen's WebMoney account.
Through his lawyer, Nikulin claimed that the FBI had tried to convine him to plead guilty to hacking the DNC.
