Facebook appears ready to take on Groupon and other deal style websites by launching Facebook Deals.
Obviously the big advantage here is that Facebook already has a gigantic built in user base. Deals are currently available in Altanta, Austin, Dallas, San Diego and San Francisco. Get updates when deals become available in your area at the Facebook Deals page.
Should be interesting to see how quickly this expands, it could be huge!
