Florida AG asks Kitson, Inc. to stop selling clothing that glamorizes prescription drugs

I never try to pretend I am cool, or hip as the years roll by so maybe someone can explain to me who would wear a sports style shirt with Xanax or Vicodin written in place of an athlete’s name? Otherwise, I see some cool clothing on their site, with the exception of a sleeveless hoodie.
Of course, the real crime here is that the t-shirts are priced as high as $98 leading me to believe that this is more of a publicity stunt. Since you are reading this, that makes more sense.
According to the news release, Attorney General Pam Bondi and two other attorneys general have written a letter to Kitson, Inc., urging the company to end its sport jersey style tee-shirt line with prescription drug brand names, such as Xanax and Vicodin, in place of athlete names. In Florida, there are seven prescription drug-related deaths per day, and babies are born suffering from Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome caused by their mothers’ prescription drug abuse during pregnancy.
“I have seen first-hand the devastating effects of prescription drug abuse, and it is one of my top priorities to protect Floridians from this epidemic. I urge Kitson to discontinue their line of clothing that glamorizes some of our country’s most-abused prescription drugs,” stated Attorney General Pam Bondi.
The actual letter can be seen in PDF format here but since a lot of geeks don't like Adobe Reader, here is a screenshot of the letter:
