Alan Jamal Montgomery was arrested for unknown charges and taken to jail, butt he was found with contraband.... 
While officers were searching him during the intake process a plastic back was found hidden in his buttocks. The bag contained substances that tested positive for marijuana and cocaine.
Montgomery was charged with cocaine possession, marijuana possession, and smuggling contraband into a detention facility along with his original charge.
Upon re-reading the original article I found a slightly interesting typo. (At least I hope it was a typo).
