The "rock" beats scissors, the "scissors" beats paper and the "paper" beats rock; if both players throw the same shape, the game is tied - unless of course deputies get involved and shoot a taser - this trumps them all. Shocking!
A homeowner in Ft. Myers reported hearing someone attempting to break-in to his home at around 2am one morning. The man immediately called the sheriff's department and informed them that he lives alone and no one else should be inside.
When deputies arrived they heard screaming inside the home, so they forced their way inside; they followed the source of the screaming to a back bedroom and found Damian Mathew Pierce, 19, facing the back wall. Then, according to NBC 2, Pierce immediately turned around with a pair of scissors in his hand and ran toward the deputies while saying, "I win, I am stronger than you," according to reports.
A deputy shot the suspect with a taser gun, which had a brief effect on him. While trying to detain the suspect, deputies say he violently resisted and at one point bit a deputy's finger.
The suspect was eventually detained, and transported to Health Park Hospital for evaluation.
During a search of the property, investigators found a backpack outside the home which contained THC and crystal meth.
