Just kidding, the answer is obviously – no.
Meet Devin Woodberry, 34 who was pulled over after almost hitting a St. Lucie County Sherriff deputies car while pulled over for another traffic stop.
She smelled of booze and repeatedly handed over her vehicle title when asked for her registration.
Also spotted were hydrocodone pills which she claimed she had not used in “a million hours”. That Will Greenlee is a funny dude in his reporting.
From here she rolled witt the typical excuse that she only had a couple of drinks.
Woodberry agreed to perform field sobriety exercises, one of which is known as the “one-legged stand.”
She was able to maintain the position for about 15 seconds, “and boasted the task was easy, self proclaiming, ‘I’m a stripper,’” the affidavit states.
But according to the affidavit, Woodberry didn’t keep one of her legs straight. She also used her arms for balance.
Woodberry was found to have a blood alcohol content over twice the legal limit and was arrested on a DUI charge, and taken to the St. Lucie County jail.
