A woman in Cleremont, Fl, had the common sense not to drive because she was too drunk - that common sense was short lived when she got hungry and needed a smoke.
Liann Gae Watson, 45, called 9-1-1 asking if someone could bring her chicken wings and cigarettes. According to an arrest affidavit, Watson told the Lake County Sheriff’s deputies who responded to her home that she had been drinking and was unable to drive, but she was only joking.
Here is the 9-1-1 call provided by WESH.
According to WESH as Watson was being taken to the Lake County Jail, the report said, she repeatedly smacked the partition in the squad car with her shoulder and head, kicking her legs into the air. The deputy said he gave her four warnings to stop, and when she persisted, she was put into a four-point restraint to keep her from harming herself.
Watson was charged with misuse of the 9-1-1 system.
