House guests are like fish or so the saying goes. But in Florida, you obviously need to shoot them before they start to stink and wind up here for Florida Friday!
Alana Annette Savell, 32, of Panama City had some friends over for the Thanksgiving celebration. Eating, drinking, and all involved enjoyed a wonderful time - until she shot them.
Near the end of the evening Savell became increasingly annoyed with several guests that became too rowdy after drinking and wouldn't leave when asked to do so. Her boyfriend told investigators that they had a rule in place that when someone is asked to leave 3 times that she should go grab the gun and fire it at the ground. If that fails, shoot them in the leg - so she did - the wounded included her boyfriend. Normal stuff there!
Surely they were all thankful that she was not a better shot...
According to Bay County Sheriff's Office, Savell was charged with Aggravated Battery with a Firearm.
