A lifeguard in Daytona Beach spotted 3 teens drinking on the sand and approached the trio in order to get them to stop - drinking at any age is not permitted on the beach.

Capt. Tammy Marris, of Volusia County Beach Safety Ocean Rescue, said that at first they only told them to dump out their frosty beverages. But, as in any situation that involves more than one person drinking - one of the teens decided to get lippy with the patrol officer - bad move...



According to MyNews13, Christopher Shulz, became belligerent with the patrol officer, Marris said.

Marris said Shulz became combative and was warned three times that the officer would deploy his stun gun if Shulz didn't cooperate.

The patrol officer kept his word and zapped the mouthy teen, bringing him into compliance - all three were arrested for underage drinking and transported off the the beach. YOLO!
