Florida Friday: Is That a Python in Your Pants? (Video)

A man in Pinellas County attempted to steal a baby python by stuffing it in his pants pocket - he failed.

A store worker and a patron saw what was going on and took Travis Treder down to the ground while police were called. What is best about this take-down is that they zip-tied the serpent-stealer until police responded.

According to employees of the pet store, Treder is a serial-serpent stealer and have been on the lookout for him since he has stolen high-priced serpents from the store before.




Treder was arrested for petit theft and resisting a merchant.
