Some people just shouldn’t be drinking and they certainly shouldn’t be smoking whatever this guy was.
When the police arrived he appeared to be picking a fight – with a fire hydrant.
McKenna told police he was looking for "Tony" and "wanted to go with the backup officer and smoke and be back in 20 minutes."
The Tamp Bay Times had no word on whether McKenna, or the fire hydrant, landed any blows.
